Return Policy

What is my return window?

You are eligible to return item within 30 Days from original purchase Order. Items must be in original condition to quality for return. If your items are not in new condition, please refer to “Return Eligibility Policy”.

 

Return Eligibility Policy

Customers must initiate the return within 14 days* of receiving the item. To return your item, contact our support team at customer@westintrends.com to obtain an RMA number. Please allow 1-3 business days to process your request. Please note that all items must be returned in new and unused condition in the original packaging. Premium delivery services originally purchased with your order are non-refundable. Westin Trends will not be responsible for any return item lost in transit. It's highly recommended you use a traceable and insured shipping method. If you received your items damaged, please refer to “Damaged During Transit Policy”. Buyers Remorse Returns

Customer will be responsible Return Shipping cost for orders that meet Westin Trends Buyer’s Remorse Policy. Westin Trends will not be responsible for any return item lost in transit. It's highly recommended you use a traceable and insured shipping method. Customer can return via their preferred carrier or request quote when initiating return. If customer agrees to ship via Westin Trends preferred carrier the return shipping cost will be deducted from refund once item is received back at Westin Trends facility. ALL returns must be authorized by Westin Trends Customer Service Department. Unauthorized returns will be subjected to 20% restocking fee.

 

Damaged During Transit

If you received your items damaged or not in original condition, Please refuse package and contact customer@westintrends.com to obtain further instructions. Customer must provide the following documentation for “Damaged During Transit” cases.

  1. Photograph of the condition the items were received (Example: damaged item or boxes)

Customer must keep damaged package(s) for 14 Days for claim purposes. Carrier may pick up item for inspection for further investigation. Customer can discard items after 21 days if no further action is required or suggested by Westin Trends or carrier.

 

Defect Item & Replacement Parts Request

Any claim for defective items must be made within 7 days from the date of receiving the order. If claim is made past the 7 days eligible period, your request may be denied. All claims and request for parts must be supported by the following requirements.

  1. Photographs of defective item or Damages
  2. Reason for request (Example: Received damaged, Defective piece)
  3. Part number based on assembly instructions
  4. Qty of parts needed to resolve issue

Replacement parts will be sent to you at no cost for eligible cases of “Damaged During Transit” and “Defective Item”.
